The Philosophy
Established in 2013, FairCashOffers is a team of real estate professionals committed to improving local neighborhoods throughout northern New Jersey by purchasing and renovating dilapidated and vacant homes. We focus on 3 primary objectives: to help distressed homeowners out of difficult situations, to improve communities by restoring once dilapited homes, and to grow local economies by increasing home values.
The recent financial and housing crisis of 2008 has devastated large parts of New Jersey, leaving many homeowners facing significant financial hardship. We are still seeing the effects today as many struggle to make mortgage payments or keep up with their expenses. As a result, homes are often abandoned or seized by banks. Many vacant homes are vandalized, making once quiet neighborhoods increasingly unsafe.
As investors we purchase, renovate, and restore abandoned or dilapidated properties. We buy properties in any condition, and we’ll work with any situation or circumstance. We meet with the owners, take the time to understand their specific needs, and offer a way out. We also have a cash-only transaction policy that allows us to streamline the process and close quickly.

Silvio is the creator of FairCashOffers.com and has been investing in real estate since 2011. Since then he has developed an extensive network of reliable realtors, lawyers, contractors, mortgage brokers, and other investors that assist with buying and selling real estate. Silvio is a real estate investor that believes in honesty, integrity, and trust, so he answers the phones himself and regularly meets with homeowners. He understands the difficulties homeowners often face, especially with damaged and vacant houses. In the past, Silvio has also worked at rehabilitation clinics helping Veterans with PTSD and patients with Traumatic Brain Injuries. Silvio is not a real estate agent.
